When to go
In the summer months – especially in July and August they are particularly popular, so do not pick this time unless you like crowds. In the spring or autumn and early summer you will enjoy the region at its quietest pace.

How to get there
From Northern Greece very easily Via Egnatia Highway! You will exit Igoumenitsa and from there there are another 24km.
By bus from Athens: You will go to the Kifissos Bus Station and cut off a ticket to Plataria where you will get off. Of course you will have to take taxi from Syvota and arrange to pick you up heading to the village.
By bus from Thessaloniki: (Northern Greece) you will take a ticket for Igoumenitsa and from there a KTEL for Sivota or take a taxi from the station or even better to call the taxi Sivota and an appointment to come to get you.
By plane: Aktion airport in Preveza, and then from preveza to Syvota by bus.
